Our consultants go through rigourous training and assessment to ensure the highest abilities in their specialty area but also in actual consulting.
Before any consultant is available for client work, each individual must demonstrate the highest capability in core skills and also consulting mentality.
EVRTEK develops it's own software by building legacy architectures from scratch and evolving through 3 stages of application modernisation. Over time, the experience of working with office suite, monolith, n-tier, microservices architectures and moving between them gives all our consultants the ability to judge stregnths and weaknesses of applications and able to articluate the challenges that will be faced with each approach.
We train on customer legacy applications, user engagement, user requirements, executive pressures, corporate responsibility and many more industry requirements to ensure that our consultants hit the ground running.
